
The award was determined from a survey of 23,600 paying customers across 240 shopping centres nationwide, conducted independently by Prescient to honour excellence in shopping experience and customer satisfaction. The study employs the enhanced NPS+ (Net Promoter Score Plus) model, which not only measures customers’ willingness to recommend, but also evaluates satisfaction, fulfilment, loyalty, reputation, and preference.
Prescient’s 2025 findings highlight that leading centres excel by getting the fundamentals right while placing greater emphasis on family-friendly environments and practical digital services — both key drivers of rising customer satisfaction.
