Founded in 2010 by renowned photographers Gavin Blue and Casandra Anguita-Deep, Heartfelt is a charitable organisation operating across Australia and New Zealand. Its volunteer photographers dedicate their time to capturing treasured moments for families during times of profound difficulty. More than photography, Heartfelt’s mission is to provide comfort, preserve precious memories, and honour the dignity of life at its most fragile.
In addition to sponsoring Heartfelt, JY Group actively supports Vicinity Group’s community giving program, providing assistance to the local communities around its Roselands Shopping Centre in Sydney and Roxburgh Park in Melbourne. This initiative focuses on youth engagement, environmental restoration, education, and community wellbeing, offering grants to eligible grassroots organisations.
Since FY2022–23, JY Group has been a proud member of the “Pledge 1%” initiative, donating 1% of its net profits annually to charitable causes supporting the communities in which its properties operate. Beginning in FY2023–24, the Group further committed to increasing its charitable contributions by an additional 0.5% of net profits each year, continuing this commitment for as long as the Group operates.
